1 cup Shortening
1 x Egg
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup Grated Carrots
Instructions:
Instructions: Cream together brown sugar and shortening. Then add all other ingredients and mix. Pour into 6 cup ring mold Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees
