Instructions: Cut turkey into 1 1/2" x 1/2" strips. Heat wok over high heat. Add oil, garlic, chilis and turkey. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add pepper, oyster sauce, soy sauce, green onions and cashews. Stir fry for 2 minutes more. Remove at once and serve with cooked rice.
