Instructions: Put sausage in cod frypan. Pour wine half way up sausages. Cover and steam for 15 mins. Remove cover and saute until brown. Remove from frypan. Using a little of the sausage fat, saute the onions and garlic. Add tomatoes, bay leaf, pepper, basiland sugar. Simmer 3 mins. Add broth and 1/2 cup wine.
Add beans , sausage and 3 tablespoons of parsley. Cover and cook 45 mins. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with remaining parsley. Serves 6-8 Email this Recipe:
