Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
1/4 cup	sliced almonds toasted lightly in a non-stick pan (can reduce amount)
1 lb	catfish fillets
1 tbl	diet margarine (your favorite)

Instructions:

Instructions: Pan fry the catfish filets in the margarine until they are lightly browned. Remove from
pan and keep warm. Add lemon juice and almonds, and heat through. Serve sauce over filets.

NOTES : Ive got a good catfish recipe. This is good enough for company food!
