3 med size catfish
1 tbl cooking oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 x onion, sliced
1 x inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and
cut in thin strips
2 clv garlic, minced
1 cup thin coconut milk
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Clean fish well and fry in cooking oil. Place fish in a small pan and add vinegar, onion, ginger, and garlic. Simmer a while and add thin coconut milk. Season with salt and pepper, then add thick coconut milk. Serve hot with cooked rice.
