Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 lb Catfish fillets
1 cup Flour
1 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Butter
1/4 tsp Ground red pepper
1 tsp Grated lemon peel
----------------- SAUCE ----------------
1/2 cup Fine chopped pecans
1/4 cup Melted butter
1 tbl Lemon juice
Twist of lemon
1 tsp Worchestershire
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine flour, salt, pepper and lemon rind. Dredge fillets in flour mixture. Melt butter in skillet and cook fillets on both sides until lightly browned. Remove and place in oblong baking dish. Combine sauce and pour over fillets. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes or until catfish flakes easily. Garnish with parsley.
