Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 cup Cooked mashed sweet potatoes (up to 3)
1/2 cup White sugar
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1/2 cup Butter or margarine
2 x Eggs, beaten
1 tsp Vanilla
1/3 cup Evaporated milk
1/2 tsp Cinnamon (up to 1)
1/4 tsp Salt
----------------- TOP WITH ----------------
1 cup Chopped pecans
1/2 cup Self rising flour
1/3 cup Butter or margarine
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine above ingredients until well blended, pour into greased baking dish. You might want to run the sweet potatoes through the blender or food processor.

Top with: Mix above until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over casserole and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
