Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 can Garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained (15 ounces)
4 lrg Ripe tomatoes, thickly sliced
1 cup Thinly sliced red onion
1 can Medium pitted ripe olives, drained and halved (6 ounces)
1/2 cup Olive oil
5 lrg Fresh basil leaves, snipped or, up to 6
1 tbl Dried basil
1/2 tsp Dried oregano
1/4 tsp Pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large salad bowl, layer beans, tomatoes, onion and olives. Combine all remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables. Cover and chill at least 3 hours or overnight. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Yield: 8
servings.

This was wonderful. I added a little salt.
