8 qt	tomato juice
7 cup	sugar
1/2 tsp	vinegar
2 x	onions, chopped
1 tsp	red pepper
1 tsp	nutmeg
1 tsp	ground cloves
2 tsp	ginger
1 tsp	cinnamon

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix dry ingredients together, then stir into liquid ingredients in very large container. Cook in small amounts to desired consistency.

Yield: 8 pints.
