Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 x cauliflower
2 tbl margarine
2 tbl flour
1 cup chicken stock
dash nutmeg
salt and pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook the cauliflower in salted water for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.

Melt
the margarine and stir in the flour smoothly. Add the stock and cook, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth. Season and pour over the cauliflower. Garnish with chopped chervil or other herbs.

Serves 4 to 6
