Instructions: Mix flours, salt, cheese, parsley with eggs and a little water. Whisk with a fork.
Blanch the cauliflower and toward the end add the grated zucchini and blanch for 1 minute. Strain, both the cauliflower and zucchini and add to the batter. Allow to rest for 30 minutes before taking a spoonful and frying in a little oil for 1-2 minutes on each side. Email this Recipe:
