Put cauliflower, onion, and carrots in a medium sized pot of water or vegtable stock. Bring to a boil, lower heat and cook for 20 minutes. Add the millet and cook for 10 minutes, Uncover, add the miso, stir and cook 5 minutes. Enjoy Serves: four. Preparation Time: 45 minutes. Email this Recipe:
