Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
3 cup Water
2 cup Cauliflower, chopped
1 cup Sliced Carrots
1/4 cup Chopped Onions
1 tbl Chopped Parsley
2 x Chicken Bouillon Cubes
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: In a 2 1/2 quart saucepan, add all ingredients except salt and pepper.

Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender (about 20 minutes). Strain off and reserve most of the liquid. Place vegetables in a food processor and puree. Add vegetables and reserved liquid back into the pot, add salt and pepper, and reheat.
