Instructions: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Core cauliflower and cut into 2-inch chunks.
Arrange cauliflower in a single layer in a baking dish or roasting pan. Dot with garlic, drizzle with oil and wine, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with a lid, or parchment paper and aluminum foil, and bake until cauliflower is tender at the stalk when pierced with the tip of a paring knife, 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve room temperature.
