Instructions: Soak cauliflower florets in water for 30 minutes. Drain & set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet over a medium heat until hot. Add the cumin seeds & let then sizzle for a few seconds. Add the cauliflower, stir it about for 2 minutes. Cover, turn heat to low & cook for 5 minutes. Add the potatoes, ground cumin, corainder, turmeric, cayenne, chili, roasted cumin, salt & pepper. Stir gently to mix.
