Instructions: Cream the cream cheese and the mayonnaise in a mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Season with the minced onion, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.

Spread in a 1 inch thick circle in the center of a serving plate. Cover the surface with caviar.

Sprinkle with the grated eggs and chopped onion.

Chill until serving time.

Serve with toast rounds.

Note:
This is very popular even with people who think they dont like caviar. I use red (salmon) caviar for Christmas parties.
