3 quarts
Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
3 qt Celery, chopped
3 cup Vinegar
1 cup Water
4 cup Sugar
2 tbl Salt
1 tbl Dry mustard
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut celery stems into 1 inch lengths. Cook in salt water until tender but not soft. Drain. Combine vinegar, sugar, water, and spices.

Bring to a boil. Add celery and bring to boiling point. Pack in jarsand seal.
