3/4 cup	Oil
12 tsp	Sugar
6 tbl	Vinegar
6 tbl	Water
1 dsh	Pepper
2 tsp	Mustard powder
1/2 tsp	Salt
1 bn	Green onions

Instructions:

Instructions: Put all above in blender or processor, whizz for a while, till you get an emulsion.....et voila......fabulous on green salad, or even just over a washed and shredded Romaine lettuce.
