Instructions: Saute rice, celery and onions in margarine over medium heat until rice is lightly browned. Add all remaining ingredients except cereal. Bring to a boil. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in cereal. Spoon into 2 quart casserole; cover. Bake at 350F degrees, 45 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
