1/4 tsp Coarsely ground black pepper
1/2 tsp Dried mustard
1/2 tsp Dried rosemary, crushed
3/4 tsp Dried oregano leaves
3/4 tsp Dried thyme

1 tsp Chile powder
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Onion salt
1/4 tsp Garlic salt
1/8 tsp Ground oregano

Instructions:
Instructions: Combine ingredients, sprinkle over steak. Lightly rub into beef.

Yields: approximately two 12 ounce steaks or double recipe for a 3 pound roast.
