1 x (lb.) pork tenderloin
2 tbl rice wine or dry sherry
3 tbl brown sugar
3 tbl peanut oil
1 tbl yellow bean paste
2 tbl dark soy sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: In a bowl, mix together all ingredients, except pork. Spoon over pork and leave at room temperature 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 400F (205C). Put tenderloin on a rack in a roasting pan and roast 15 to 20 minutes until juices run clear and outside is richly colored.
