Ingredients:

2 tsp gelatine powder
2 tbl water
1/2 cup sugar (caster)
1/2 cup orange juice
2 cup champagne
2 tbl Grand Marnier
Instructions:
Instructions: Sprinkle gelatine into water and dissolve over hot water (or in microwave). Combine gelatine mixture, sugar, orange and lemon juice in pan and stir over low heat without boiling until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, cool 5 minutes, add champagne and liqueur and stir gently. Pour mixture into 6 individual serving glasses, cover, refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.

Serve with fruit or whipped cream.

You can also add fruit eg strawberries to the glass and pour jelly over the top and allow to set.

Serves 6.
