Instructions: Roast cumin and coriander seeds till they begin to brown. Remove from fire. Grind coriander, cumin seeds with amchoor, chili powder. Keep aside.
In a saucepan, pour garbanzo beans. Add ginger, green chilies, lemon juice and the spice powder. Mix well and cook for 3-5 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot. Email this Recipe:
