Instructions: Combine mayonnaise, Parmesan, onion, lemon juice, and garlicup Chop artichoke hearts into the mixture. Stir well. Place mixture in square glass baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F. Serve warm or at room temperature with crackers, cocktail breads, or vegetable crudites (carrots, celery, mushrooms, cauliflower).
