1 x unpeeled medium pineapple, quartered
2 tbl dark rum
1 tbl fresh lime juice
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut away core from pineapple quarters. For glaze, combine rum, lime juice and honey and stir to dissolve. Grill over medium-low coals, brushing with glaze, until hot and lightly charred, about 5-10 minutes per side. Serve hot with any remaining glaze drizzled over the top.
