Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/2 cup Soy sauce
2 x Pressed garlic cloves
2 tbl Fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup Minced parsley
1 tsp Oregano
1/2 cup Orange juice
1 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Grated lemon or orange rind
6 lrg Swordfish steaks 3/4" thick
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients except fish; pour over steaks in shallow glass baking dish & marinate several hours, turning once or twice. When charcoal is ready, grill steaks, turning once & basting often during grilling, for 20 minutes. Top with Almond Butter.
