Instructions: Preheat oven. Wash and drain potatoes and put in a pan, sprinkle with salt and put in the oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour (you can do this in the microwave in about 10 to 15 minutes). Soak codfish in water to take out salt for a day or 2. Grill the pieces of codfish, preferably in charcoal grill, 5 minutes each side. Take the bones out and flake in big chunks. Put in a platter. While grilling the fish, put olive oil and sliced garlic in a pan in the stove to fry garlic. Dont let garlic burn, just a minute or so. Give a punch to each potato, to crack them, and place them around the fish in the platter. Pour olive oil and garlic over fish and potatoes. Decorate with black olives and onion in slices.
