8 oz	Shiitakes
1 tbl	Olive oil
1 tbl	Tamari
1 tbl	Garlic, crushed
1 tsp	Rosemary, minced
	Salt & black pepper
1 tsp	Maple syrup

Instructions:

Instructions: Rinse mushrooms. Remove & discard stems. Toss mushrooms with remaining ingredients & marinate for 5 minutes. Grill caps over coals until lightly charred.

Serve hot.
