Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 . In large bowl, blend cake mix, pudding mix, oil, water & eggs. Beat 2 min. at med. speed. Spread 3/4 of batter evenly in greased & floured 10 inch tube pan or bundt pan (I use bundt pan). Combine Streusel ingredients. Sprinkle mixture evenly over batter in pan. Spread remaining batter over Streusel.

Bake 40-50 minutes at 375 until done. Cool right side up in pan 25 minutes. Remove from pan & glaze small side up.

Glaze:
Blend 3/4 C. powdered sugar with about 1 T. milk. Add a little Maple flavoring. Drizzle over cake.

This is my favorite cake. Very good to take to a pot luck or on a picnic.
