2 x apples, cored and chopped
1/2 cup pitted dates, chopped
1/2 cup apricots, chopped
1/4 cup pecans, finely chopped
1/4 cup almonds, finely chopped
Juice and peel of 1 orange
1/2 cup ruby port
1/4 cup vinegar, (optional)
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. In a medium bowl, combine apples, dates and apricots. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients and let stand 3 to 4 hours.

Makes about 4 cups.
