Instructions: Rinse chicken breasts and dredge in flour, then dip in egg and then coat with bread crumbs. Fry until brown in a pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Layer in a baking pan in this way: sauce, chicken, cheese, sauce, chicken, cheese, sauce. Bake at about 325 until heated through. I serve mine with pasta, salad and bread.
