Instructions: Sift flour with baking powder, salt and sugar. Combine egg, yogurt, milk and melted butter. Gently stir liquid ingredients into flour mixture just until blended. Fold in cheese.
With an ice cream scoop, fill buttered muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake in a preheated 400 F oven 20 to 25 minutes or until done. Makes 12 medium muffins. *Note: other cheese can be used instead of Cheddar (Make these at the last minute and pop them into the oven just before guests arrive.) Email this Recipe:
