2 tbl unsalted butter or canola oil
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mashed boiled potato
1/2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
1/2 cup semolina flour
1 tbl sugar
1/4 tsp salt - (to 1/2 tspn) or to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Place the ingredients in the bread pan in the order recommended by your machines manufacturer. Process on the appropriate cycle.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.

Comments: A light bread with a subtle taste of cheese, achieves maximum flavor when just cooled to room temperature. Slightly nutty accent. Potato adds lightness and keeping quality.
