Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 cup Whole-wheat flour
3 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Beaumonde seasoning
3 x Eggs, beaten
3/4 cup Milk
1/4 cup Vegetable oil
1 tbl Parsley, snipped
1 tbl Chives, snipped
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
6 slc Bacon, crisply cooked, drained, crumbled
3 x Egg whites, stiffly beaten
6 x Eggs, poached
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine the
beaten egg yolks, milk, oil, parsley, chives and Worcestershire sauce. Add to the dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in the cheese and bacon, then fold in the egg whites. Bake in a waffle iron. Top each serving with a tomato slice and a poached egg.
