Instructions: Spray eighteen 1 3/4-inch muffin cups with non-stick spray.

In a medium bowl, use wire whisk or rotary beater to beat egg, milk, and cheese together until well combined. Fill muffin cups half full and bake at 400 degrees about 25 minutes.
