3 cup	shredded Monterey Jack cheese (12 oz)
1/2 cup	cottage cheese (12 oz)
2 x	4 oz cans mild green chiles drained, seeded and

Instructions:

Instructions: In large mixer bowl, beat eggs with electric mixer till light, 4 to 5 minutes. Stir together flour, baking powder and salt; add to eggs and mix well. Fold in Monterey Jack cheese, cottage cheese and chiles. Turn into 9x9x12 inch baking dish. Bake in 350 oven for 40 minutes. Remove from oven; let stand 10 minutes. Cut in small squares; serve hot.

Makes 3 to 4 dozen appetizers.
