Instructions: Mix all ingredients briefly, just till combined and smooth, with a pastry blender in a medium bowl. Let dough rest 1 hour, covered. Roll out very thin (1/16-inch thick) on a floured surface and cut into squares. Bake for 7 minutes at 425F, turning pan halfway through baking time.
