Instructions: 1. Rinse chicken and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place in crock pot.
2. Mix undiluted soups and pour over chicken. Cook on low all day. 3. About 30 minutes before serving, add sherry, and stir well. Let cook 30 minutes additional. Serving Ideas : Serve over rice or noodles. The sauce is excellent. If you put the chicken breasts in the crock pot, still frozen, they will cook to just the right doneness in about 8 hours... Leftovers both freeze and reheat well. The "sauce" to this is incredibly good....I cut the chicken in pieces before serving over noodles. You can do the chicken with one can Cream of Chicken, 1 can Cream of Mushroom, 1 can Cheddar Cheese Soups. Add a 4 oz can of mushroom stems and pieces, drained, if desired. Email this Recipe:
