1 cup	small curd cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
1 x	egg
2 tbl	granulated sugar
	Dash vanilla

Instructions:

Instructions: Beat together cottage cheese, egg, sugar, vanilla and butter in bowl until smooth. Refrigerate.

Makes 1 cup.
