Instructions: Preheat oven to 350. Mix together butter and cheese. Add salt and cayenne. Blend in flour and Rice Krispies. Form into balls (walnut size), put on ungreased baking sheet. Dip fork in water and flatten each ball.
Refrigerate until chilled. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Do not brown. I mix the butter, cheese, salt and cayenne in mixer, then add flour and Rice Krispies and mix on lowest speed just until blended. You dont want to break up the Krispies too much. You can also keep these in the freezer and bake them as needed. Email this Recipe:
