Instructions: Melt the butter in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms, onion, and garlic and cook, stirring until onion is limp and mushrooms are soft. Add the pepper and cook, stirring a minute more; set aside. In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, cheeses, flour, baking powder, nutmeg, basil, and salt, until well blended. Stir in mushroom mixture and turn into a well greased 10x15 inch jellyroll pan. Bake in 350 oven for 35 minutes or until firm. cool at least 15 minutes before cutting into 3/4 by 2-inch fingers. Serve warm.
