1 cup Flour
2 tbl Cornmeal
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1/8 tsp Salt, cayenne
1/4 cup Butter
1 cup Sharp cheddar, grated
2 tbl Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. In bowl, put first 5 ingredients. Cut in butter until crumbly. Add both cheeses and toss. Sprinkle with water and mix into ball.

2. Roll out on lightly floured surface to 16"x5" rectangle. Cut in 1/2" wide strips crosswise, making 32 strips. Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 400F for 10 mins until golden. Cool on rack.

Store in open container to retain crispness.
