Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 tbl butter
2 x onions, thinly sliced
6 x potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced
3 x bacon rashers, chopped
3/4 cup grated cheese
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute onion in butter. Layer potato slices & onion in casserole, season with salt & pepper and pour milk over. Bake in mod oven for 45 mins, then top with bacon & cheese. Bake further 15 mins.

Serves 4-6
