Instructions: Peel, wash and cut potatoes into small chunks. Put into pan on stove with enough water to cover. Bring to boil and let boil until tender. Drain (optional) and add enough milk to cover. Bring just to boil, stirring so they wont stick.
Add other ingredients, salt to taste, and let simmer until cheese and butter is melted, stirring often. Will thicken as it cools, or use less milk. Email this Recipe:
