Instructions: Place half the rice in a lightly greased 13- x 9- x 2 inch baking dish; top with half the cheese, and sprinkle with pimiento. Repeat layers. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well; pour milk mixture over rice layers. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 45 minutes or until firm.
