3 cup flour, self-raising
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
60 gm butter
125 gm cheese, grated
1 cup milk
Instructions:
Instructions: Grease a baking tray and set oven temperature at hot (360F).

Sift flour, salt and cayenne pepper into a bowl. Rub in butter. Reserve 2 tablespoons grated cheese for top and add remaining cheese to mixture. Make a well in the center and mix in milk and sour cream, adding more if necessary to make a soft dough.

Knead lightly on a floured board.

Place on prepared tray and pat out to a circle 2 cm thick. Mark the top into eighths with a knife dipped in flour, cutting approximately halfway through the mixture. Brush top with milk and sprinkle with reserved cheese.

Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Serve warm with butter.
