1 Rub the fat into the flour 2 Add remaining dry ingredients 3 Stir in the egg yolks and mix to a firm paste 4 Roll out thinly and cut into straws or biscuits. (If making straws then make some ring shapes to hold the loose straws when baked.) 5 Place on a greased baking tray and bake in preheated oven 6 When cool place on a wire rack servings: 30 cheese straws or 15 biscuits small oven: 180 degrees C approx 10-15 minutes PREHEATED middle shelf fan oven: 170 degrees C approx 10-15 minutes PREHEATED Email this Recipe:
