Instructions: Cut the pastry dough into small circles and line 24 to 36 (depending on size) tiny tart or muffin pans. Heat the butter in a small saucepan and cook the Canadian bacon until lightly browned. Combine with the remaining ingredients and spoon into the pastry shells. Bake in a preheated 400F (200C) oven until the pastry is golden brown and the filling has set.
