2 lb orange roughy or sole/code or snapper TOPPING:
1/3 cup light mayonnaise (I used Kraft Fat Free)
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese grated
1/4 cup green onion sliced
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp garlic powder (1/4 to 12)
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 F. Place fish in a shallow glass casserole coated with cooking spray; bake 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. Meanwhile, mix topping ingredients. Spread topping evenly over cooked fish fillets. Broil 6 inches from heat for 5 minutes or until topping is lightly browned.

Cooking Time: 10-12 minutes
