8 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 x egg
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp Pure vanilla Extract
3 x eggs
1 cup dark Karo syrup
1 x uncooked pie shell
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cream together cream cheese and 1/3 cup of sugar. Add one egg, salt and one teaspoon of vanilla. Beat until well mixed.

In another bowl, beat three eggs, 1/4 cup of sugar, Karo syrup and vanilla until well blended, but not thick.

Spread cream cheese mixture evenly on the bottom of uncooked pie shell.

Top with pecans. Pour syrup mixture over pecans. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the middle of the pie is puffed and solid.
